I have been teaching many different kinds of dance classes for the past 35 years as well as performing dance for community events. Seven years ago I discovered Zumba and have fallen in love with it. I love the Latin rhythms and the sizzling moves.
Every class feels like a party not a work out. It is great fun for everyone, you don't even need to know how to dance, you just follow the leader and move your body to the music. This is the most fun way to get fit that I've ever seen.
I like to make my classes fun, creative and energetic. It's so easy, come and join the party with me if you are in the area.
“I've danced all of my life with formal dance training as a child and teen. I danced my way through the 70s, 80s and 90s. Then, somehow, dancing wasn't as popular and I would have to go to a gym to exercise just to stay in shape. Not fun for me.
Discovering Zumba has set me free! It's a complete fitness workout disguised as fun. Once I started doing Zumba, I have said goodbye to crunches and sit ups! I love being a Zumba Instructor so I can share my joy for dance with easy to follow, choreography with you.
Come dance with me. But be careful, it's addictive. Many in my class have told me that our Zumba class is their chance to let go of their cares and just be. I love to watch my participants getting stronger as they rock out to the music. Bring your spice and a water bottle!

Hello! I am Lizbeth (she, her, hers), originally from Mexico City & member of the Boulder community for 13 years.
I LOVE DANCING. I grew up dancing salsa & cumbia with sparkles of merengue, mambo, cha-cha-cha, danzón, flamenco, rock & roll, lambada, and aerobics (mom was an aerobics instructor!). I received formal training in classical, Mexican folk, and flamenco dances.
From lived experience and as a physician, public health professional, and certified group fitness instructor, I recognize the extremely positive impact that dancing has on our mental, physical, and social health.
Join me at "Ritmo Fit", a choreography-building-class where we meet once per week to get some good cardio workout while dancing to different beats of the world, including salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, flamenco, belly dance, country, tango, African beats, etc.
I'm Adrienne, a passionate Zumba instructor dedicated to spreading joy and body positivity through dance! After taking Zumba classes for many years, I fell in love with the incredible feeling of joy and freedom that I felt in each class.
Four years ago, I decided to become a Zumba instructor to share this amazing feeling with others.
