Each bring a different flavor to their sessions.
Their committment as a team is to help you reach your cardio fitness goals by offering more than 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity (or a combination of the two)

What to bring to class

Best footwear for Zumba is either a Jazz sneaker* or a regular sneaker without much tread. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Wear comfortable clothes that inspire you to dance.
